Pre-Interview Training (PIP-101) is designed to prepare workers for structured interviews used in international hiring processes.

Program Goal

Many Indian workers have not received formal training in how to perform effectively in structured face-to-face interviews. While such interviews have historically been less common in legacy blue-collar mobility corridors such as the Middle East, they are increasingly required in newer mobility corridors such as Europe and Israel. Our goal is to prepare candidates to confidently represent themselves and clearly demonstrate how they meet foreign employer expectations.
